Advice for exhibitors

During build-up and break down:

  Plan to take away all the materials that you bring with you

  Discuss with the floor manager/an organiser if you have any materials that you need to dispose of that you can’t take with you

  Use the B gate recycling bins

During show open:

  Please dispose of paper and plastic in the hall recycling bins, cardboard should be flattened and left next to the paper bins

  Please use the larger exhibitor recycling bins in B Gate for paper, glass, plastic and food waste

  Use the food recycling bins at the wash-up points, all food left in these bins will be sent for re-processing at an anaerobic digestion plant

  At the end of each day, please leave any waste on your stand in piles of recyclables for collection
