Q. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?
A. The manual will be available as soon as the Exhibitor Zone is live. Once you've received your login details it will be accessible via the 'Technical Manual'.
Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?
A. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained from 2pm onwards on the first day of the event.
Q. How do I access the PR and marketing guide?
A. The guide will be available via the Exhibitor Zone when it is live. You will receive login details to you on email and it is accessible within the 'PR & marketing guide'.
Q. I have lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor secure zone. What should I do?
A. Once the Exhibitor Zone is live, please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you.

A. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Or alternatively contact the marketing team.
Q. How do I create my own page on the Energy Solutions website?
A. Our website attracts massive visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products.

Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official Energy Solutions show guide?
A. Yes, as an exhibitor you are entitled to a free entry in the official show guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the Energy Solutions website?
A. Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to Martineé Reid at martinee.reid@ubm.com
Q. Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?
A. Yes, you can nominate 10 of your most important clients to be automatically upgraded to premier visitor status. Please refer to the 'Technical Manual', accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?
A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
Q. What are the build up and break down times?
A. These dates will be confirmed in the Exhibitor Zone once the technical manual is live.
